Alice holds a master’s in education, Planning Administration, and Policy from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, and an MSc in Information Technology Management from Staffordshire University, UK. Her career began as a university lecturer in Malaysia, where she later assumed roles as Head of Academics, Head of Operations, Head of Quality Assurance, and Head of Teaching and Learning over a tenure of 14 years. Alice has extensive experience working with international partners, including Victoria University, Australia, Napier University, Scotland, Greenwich University, UK, and Lancaster University, UK. Since moving to Canada in 2012, Alice has worked in the Canadian post-secondary education sector. An accomplished instructional designer, Alice has developed numerous courses for educational institutions. Throughout her career, Alice has actively served on various university boards and held multiple leadership positions. Alice believes in community development through education.
