Our Vision

Sustainable holistic transformation of the poor and the marginalized resulting in equitable, dignified society globally.

Our Mission

To empower the poor and the marginalized especially women, children, and youth by providing them access to education, finance, health services, natural resources, marketing, and technological support and to explore the fullest human potential by creating opportunities for sustainable development and holistic transformation.

Our Values

Faith

Faith is the power that lights up our darkest paths, keeps us humble and sensitive to human struggle, and gives us the conviction to pursue our honest intentions to serve society. The blessings of God give us the strength to persist in our dream of an equal world.

Integrity

The moral fiber is to do what is right with the utmost honesty. We often end up making the tougher choices because we opt to do the very best for the people we are serving.

Transparency

We call a spade a spade. We prefer our results to speak for us. We do not over ambitiously project our accomplishments to gain favor or glorify our success.

Innovation

The ESAF team tries to look for novel solutions for problems each time to factor in the unique circumstances, limitations, and opportunities.

Empathy

Our guiding light for bringing hope into the lives of communities facing adversities. It doesn’t take much to see the pain behind the blank eyes, the frustration, and struggle behind the frown, or the weight of hopelessness in the drooping shoulders. It just takes a compassionate heart and some empathy.

Accountability

To empower the poor and the marginalized, especially women and children through access to education, finance, health services, natural resources, marketing, and technology and provide them opportunities for sustainable development and holistic transformation.

Inclusion

A work environment of teamwork that values inclusion, diversity, and equity in participation. A culture in which every person, is genuinely valued and to be treated with dignity and respect. Everyone is to be able to belong and participate fully in breaking the barriers of systematic discrimination of wage, gender, ethnicity, religion, or culture. Men and women are to be equal to be included in the leadership roles of the organization.

Competence

As a team we will be passionate to keep unity, achieving the highest standards of quality, always promoting maximum impact. Keeping our vision in focus, to carry out our mission with competence, diligence, and excellence.

Our Strategy

ESAF Global Canada fosters empowerment, education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihoods.

Building Sustainable Global Communities

The divide between the “developed world” and “the third world” continues to grow across our globe. The increasing gap between the “haves” and “have nots” is challenging the world more aggressively today than at any time in history. Sadly, basic rights such as food, education, and healthcare are not available to a large part of many societies around the world today, resulting in a lack of sustainability, livelihood, and dignity.

Bridging this gap is not an easy job. ESAF Global Canada exists to tackle that challenge head-on by ensuring resources are shared, new opportunities are created, and knowledge exchanged to provide innovative and sustainable solutions to the “have not” societies and villages of the world. ESAF Global Canada aspires to be the connecting force that brings hope to the less privileged through the creation of skill development and livelihood opportunities, education, and basic health care. The advancement of information technology in the past two decades has gifted the world with a new concept that is so endearing to hear – “Global Village”. ESAF Global Canada will utilize international resources through the use of technology to help needy villages enhance their way of life around the world.

Empowering Communities Through Education, Healthcare, and Sustainable Livelihoods

ESAF’s journey over the last three decades has been both impactful and packed with learning. ESAF has successfully developed innovative programs to benefit the ethnic and various people groups in parts of India. While a great deal of work is still required in India, ESAF recognizes that its groundbreaking programs and initiatives could be implemented internationally around the world. As a result, ESAF Global Canada was born, to lead the proliferation of driving sustainability in the neediest international various people groups, through engagement, empowerment, and the exchange of knowledge.
