THE CHALLENGEGetting the right support shouldn't be this difficultMany people seeking counselling experience:

}

Long waitlists before getting help

Having to repeat their story to a new counsellor every visit.

High session costs that limit consistency

Limited follow-up or structured support between sessions

This often leads to interrupted progress, loss of trust, and ongoing stress—precisely when consistent support matters most.

OUR APPROACHA better counselling experience—built for continuity and careThe Connect to Wellness counselling program is designed to provide:

One focused session with a counsellor prepared to address your concerns

v

Come prepared with your questions—we help you find clarity and next steps in one session

Affordable access to mental health support

A safe, supportive environment focused on real progress

Our approach begins with a focused, single-session therapy consultation designed to address immediate concerns or specific challenges with a registered counsellor.

When additional support is needed, ongoing sessions may be recommended based on the assessment completed during the initial consultation. These sessions may be provided by practicum students working under the supervision of a clinically registered counsellor, or by registered therapists who volunteer or offer sliding-scale support for low-income clients.

All counselling services are delivered through a secure online platform, making support accessible and flexible, no matter where you are located.
