Mr. Christudas Karayil Victor (Chris) serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ESAF Multi-State Agro Cooperative Society and holds key leadership roles, including Director of Rhema Kisan Producers Company Pvt Ltd., Rhema Dairy Products India Pvt Ltd., and ESAF Swasraya Producers Company Ltd. He is also a Global Board Member of Partners Worldwide and a Visiting Faculty at XIM University, where he teaches Social Entrepreneurship and mentors capstone projects in the MBA Sustainability Management program. Chris brings over three decades of experience, having worked in Kerala government-owned chemical companies before transitioning to ESAF in 2008. At ESAF, he has been instrumental in integrating ESG and SDG principles, establishing 120 Farmer Producer Organizations, and scaling up clean energy initiatives and carbon credit programs. As a certified auditor for Quality Management Systems, he has also contributed significantly to climate action and sustainability. With a Master’s in Applied Chemistry and a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Pollution & Control, Chris frequently shares his expertise at national and international conferences, inspiring change through his work in social entrepreneurship and environmental stewardship.
