Saji is a professional engineer with a Master of Engineering degree and holds both the Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in Canada. He began his career as a university faculty member in engineering, teaching for five years, and has since accumulated over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, serving in various capacities across multiple countries. Saji has successfully managed mega projects for multinational corporations on a global scale.

 He is a board member of Engineering Ministries International (EMI) Canada and Pilgrims Retreats in India. Saji is deeply passionate about empowering marginalized youth and their families by providing vocational training aligned with marketplace demands, creating opportunities for sustainable livelihoods, and helping them thrive. He is equally dedicated to supporting holistic community development initiatives that uplift the poor and needy.
